How to make a complaint

On many occasions often the easiest way to resolve an issue or to get an answer to a question is to talk to the people who are caring for you. If you are not satisfied, you can ask to speak to someone more senior. Please ask the staff member to contact a manager who will endeavour to address and resolve your concerns.

Any inadequacy or inefficiency identified within the service offered will be rectified to prevent reoccurrence.
